?♀️ FUN and SPEEDY course – BUT this course has two really important rules
– no crosses behind dog and after every send in the curved tunnel you have to go on your knees and start running from that position!

Regarding safety – you have to wear Knee Pads to avoid any injures or you can also do a squad instead of going on your knees
